Description
The KEB-606N-60A sinker type EDM offers a 30 Amp power supply capacity, a power rapid Ram up/down traverse motor, and fully ribbed solid castings for maximum rigidity and stability.
The built-in 3-axis DRO system integrates with machine control for positioning and auto z-depth setting in for simple programming. The machine features a maximum of 500 programmable steps for setting all machining parameters to enable a complete start to finish auto-cycle for even the most complex jobs.
MOSFET electric discharge circuit design is ideal for fast-burning, reduced electrode wear, and uniform surface finish applications. Precision linear ways feature oil-immersed ball screw and a DC Servo motor on the Z-axis while a centralized one-shot lubrication system provides lubrication to all points.
