Convection Cooled Power Supply

An addition to the AC/DC switching power supply line-up, the TTM600 series is capable of delivering 612W of continuous output power at convection cooling. The series comes in an 8.1 x 5 x 1.6 in. size in a U-Bracket PCB form factor and is equipped with overvoltage, overcurrent, and short circuit protections. The TTM600 also has a low earth leakage current measuring less than 100µA @ 264VAC, 63Hz and remote on/off capability.

Operating between 100 to 240 VAC at ambient temperatures ranging from -20° to 70°C with full power available up to +50°C, the power supplies are available with 12, 24, 36 and 48V outputs. Its active efficiency is 90% minimum at full load and has a no-load power consumption of 0.21W maximum. The unit is suitable for operating at 5,000 m maximum altitude and withstand voltage is specified at 4,000 VAC from input-output (2 x MOPP), 1,500 VAC from input-ground and 1,500 VAC from output-ground. The power supply’s 300,000 hours-minimum MTBF at full load at 25°C ambient per Telcodia SR-332 makes it a highly reliable power supply.

The TTM600 is certified for the latest medical standards, including UL/IEC/EN 60601-1 Edition 3.1, ANSI/AAMI ES 60601-1: 2012, and the CSA C22.2 No. 60601-1: 2014. The power supply also adheres to ITE Standards of IEC/EN/UL 60950-1 2nd Edition, CSA C22.2 No. 60950-1 2nd Edition, and the UL 62368-1 for A/V, ICT Equipment. The power supply complies with IEC/EN 60601-1-2 4th edition medical EMC and immunity standards including EN 55011/FCC/CISPR11 class B (conducted and radiated emissions), EN 61000-3-2, EN 61000-3-3, EN 61000-4-2 (ESD at ±15kV air and ±8kV contact), EN61000-4-3, EN 61000-4-4, EN 61000-4-5, EN 61000-4-6, EN 61000-4-8, EN 61000-4-11.
